BUT since you aren't really his student anymore...if he feels the same way, then...well I guess you should talk to him.

Well i would say you shouldn't like most people have suggested on here, but knowing most teenage girls and i do because i am one, you probably wont give up.
And if you're going to do this make sure that he feels the same way because it will be extremely akward if you kiss him and he doesn't feel anything. if he doesnt and you still kiss him then just run for your life or something so as he doesn't get angry or say something to upset you.
I suggest you do it in the afternoon and yeah....i dunno just make sure its the best thing for you to do, and don't get into trouble but then again doing anything like this can cause trouble. Just make sure that you're sure.

 You can't. This is unrealistic. I don't understand why so many people lately are admitting to being in love with their teachers. You can't love a teacher, not real love because you hardly ever get to really know them.
I think you should move on and i wish i could help but you can't really get a teacher to kiss you. Even if you are leaving - it will be severely frowned upon if anything happens and you can damage his career. not to mention any relationship he may be involved in with someone else.
