i have a pretty weird question....how can i lose my gut without losing my breast.is there a way because im really scared to lose them i only want to lose my gut nothing else.

Baby Duck is right, there is nothing garunteed but you could do sit ups and this will tone up the right area at least.

Smaller boobs aren't a huge issue and being fit and toned it far more important.

It may be an old housewives tale but it works, where ever you go and what ever you do walk and sit with your bum cheeks pinched together and suck your tummy in if it doesn't help sucking your tummy in will atleast make your breasts look bigger. Secondly walk around barefoot this helps to lose weight. All your nerve endings are in your feet and keeping them stimulated all the time gives you excellent circulation good circulation will aid in weight loss
