 Hey there,
Okay, you fancy a girl in your form, don't mix that with love since you obviously don't know her very well! So what i'm saying is, don't go blurt out to her that you love her coz you'll freak her out. Be casual and friendly - ask her if she would like to hang out with you after school - ask you out for a coffee/lunch/movie and take it from there. Work on developing your friendship with her and see what happens!
