How do I go about making a move on my crush?

Question - (16 January 2015) 1 Answers - (Newest, 18 January 2015)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I have the biggest crush on my coworker. She is 15 years older than I am and she is absolutely beautiful. When she and I make eye contact with one another I can feel sparks. She is usually very protective of me and she is always nervous when she speaks to me and completely lost for words when I speak to her. I am so completely attracted to her in every way but the thing is, I don't know if she is into me like that. She consumes my thoughts and my mind and I am too shy to make a move and I can't ever get her alone. I'm scared to flirt with her because I don't want anyone to become suspicious. She openly flirts with a slutty girl at work who she openly flirts with and it breaks my heart because she seems interested in her. I will be leaving my job in a week and I won't see her again and I don't have her number. My question is how can I go about making a move and breaking this barrier between us? I don't want to be too obvious and this needs to happen soon...

You should hand her a little note..

Doesn't matter what it says

But that action is louder than words
