Hi there. There's no way you can give him your number without looking needy and desperate.
How did you get his number? Did he give it to you, or did you get it from another friend?
Just make friends and get to know him, on a casual basis.
Start by saying Hi, in passing on your way to classes, and see over time if it develops into something more.
Really, that's all you can do for now. You can't force it, or you might push him away altogether!

dear miss.well try to talk to him and if you do already then find out his interests..if any of your interests match then tell him you'd like to do it together..tell him to give him a call or you could call him..give him your no. or ask for his no. widout letting him know that you have it alreadygood luck
