 be a man about it and man up to your kids and tell your GF you love her but you have other responsibilities in life. It's okay if you and her to hang out as friends that's it.

 Tell your girlfriend that while you do care about her, your marriage and children must be your number one priority in life. You have to put them first and you don't want to lie to your wife or break up your family.
Then do it, and please stop cheating on your wife; it is only going to cause heartache and pain!
