I've been with my fiance for about a year now, and I'd like to be a better girlfriend. I know I hurt his feelings all the time, and I know that it's no excuse, but I have a few mental illnesses and I get like super mad, and then I see that I've been mean, and then I get really sad....I'm bi-polar, I've been diagnosed a few times...but my problem is that I want to be a better girlfriend...please help me....any tips or advice would be great!!!

VictoriaK agony auntI've tried telling him that I want to go cool off, and he tells me that if I leave then I can't come back.....and I can't cool off in our house, cause it's way too small and I don't have anywhere to go that he wont follow me into....but I will try thinking about what I say before I say it. Thanks
