hmmmm, dude do you even think he likes you? do you make eye contact and smile at each other? It might be an idea to come out before diving in for him. For starts are you guys close friends? If you are come out to him, this could go 1 of 3 ways! 1 he doesnt mind, he will support you! 2 he could come out to you and 3 he could not talk to you anymore. If you guys arent friends, make friends because a relationship needs to grow. after you are friends make eyes contact and smiles at him see if he does it back, my guess is if he does then he likes you. when the moods right and your ready, ask him! hope this helped!
