If he acts wierd about it or hesitates/doesn't jump at the opportunity, then maybe he isn't as interested as you. If he seems indifferent about it like it's no big deal/doesn't make him ecstatic he might just be trying not to let on that he's interested. If he seems more than happy to give it to you, then good for you it's in the bag.

If he likes you, and you give him enough signals (and with men, bless them, you really have to be quite blunt in these things), then he should be made to work for you and that includes making the first move - brings out a man's cavemen instincts. Or maybe I'm just old fashioned! I just think that if he's dancing with you and knows you're single, then why hasn't he already asked you out? He can't be that shy as he gets on the dance floor ok. Why don't you give out some sexy vibes and mention to a mutual friend that you think he's cute and let it go from there? x

 ok one rule i have always learnt never ask for their number give him yours, if he likes you enough he will call you if he doesn't than you know all the passion you guys feel is only on the dance floor, but if you really want his number you can once you have finished talking, you can ask if he would like to meet up some time if he says yes or no say ok so can i have your number so we can arrange it or u can have my number. good luck xxxxxxxxxxxx
