 If you see people taking her away from you then eventually she will fall inlove with someone and you will regret not telling her in the first place if you are a pretty confident guy just take the plunge and ask her out as more than friends or you could do things that you both enjoy doing then after a few weeks ask her hypothetically what would she say if a close friend of hers had feelings for her if she reacts in a positive attitude and then questions who the mystery person is say to her it's you and explain that you tried so hard to keep these feelings at bay and that you can't it much more and say to her also this is very important that whatever happens in your relationship you will always reamin friends.  well if you carry on watching while others go out with her, then adventually she will fall in love with some one and you will lose her for good! if you mean you havent got the gutes to tell her to her face theres plenty other ways texting,letter or get a close freind of yours and hers to ask her or even set you two up! but courage is the only way to get what you want, i mean you could be being scared for no reason cus when you tell her if you do she may reply its about time you asked me, or shes a freind shell reply were to much of good freinds dont you think? either way you have nothing to be scared of! i doubt youll lose her freindship as you both get on well!
