She has recently (2/3 weeks) split with her boyfriend who cheated on her (twice) and she is heart broken. The problem is I think she still isn't really over him but I'm not sure, my question is what are the signs of someone 'getting over' an ex? Also another problem is if she is over him then how do I know if I have a chance?

does she constantly talk about him? if so then she is not over him.. there really isnt a way to know if she is over him.. alot of us are good at hiding our true feelings, i am not saying she is doing this but there is not really a real way to find out. give her time and eventually she will get over this jerk. a good way to get in with her is to be there for her when she needs a shoulder to cry on and I am sure she will be so grateful for having you by her side:)
