reader, anonymous, writes (20 May 2008): this one guy always stares at me and only talkes to me online but sometimes he will say random stuff in the hallway and i hear him talking about me to his friends and always glances at my car and stuff but he never sayes anything about relationships or anything its kind of like he doesnt really care if im near him or not like when i walk into the same room as him he doesnt seem to act deferantly

 What I think you should do is just bring it up. Not out of the blue of course, but just be like, "There are just no more virgins left in this world anymore". See what he says to that. Some guys may agree and not be into all the "slutty girls", and that might be a good way to tell if that's what his intentions are or not. Also bring up that you believe that sex is a pretty big deal for any girl and just having it with anyone can lead to a LOT of regrets. But then again, he may just comfort you knowing that's what you want to hear..i'm sorry, but in this day and age it's just REALLY HARD to distinguish a good man from a manipulator.but always remember- "Players play sweet"

If he wants you for one thing then he will mention it in passing and not want to spend time with you doing the "getting to know each other things". Maybe give him a go but stand your ground for a while to see if he likes you and not just wanting one thing. See if he wants to just hang out and do friend stuff first, just stuff like bowling or going to the cinema and if he truly likes you he will want to spend time with you doing these things. Hope this helps.
