Hard to say. If you haven't been with many women, you're just going to have to trust her. Some women fake orgasms convincingly and for reasons I've never understood. Some women orgasm very loudly and distinctively, but some are very quiet and you might not notice. Even for the same woman, orgasms will vary in intensity. If you really want to know if she did or didn't, you might have to just ask her.
For my last girl, she'd stop breathing during an orgasm, entering a few seconds of total silence as she either shook, or arched her back off of the bed, or grasped frantically at the sheets. But sometimes, she was so subtle that she'd come twice and I wouldn't even know it until she told me later.

Its been my experience, when she calls out someones else's name, shes having one. All kidding aside, during female orgasm the body stiffens and the muscles contract. Involuntary muscle contractions and spasms may occur in various parts of her body, including her legs, stomach, arms, and back. The muscles of the vagina relax and contract rapidly, as do the muscles of the uterus. The glands of the vagina discharge a watery secretion, which acts to lubricate the vagina. Chances are if she's dry and screaming in pleasure, she's bored and ready for you to finish so she can get some sleep.

Don't be worried about that. The best thing to do is get to know her body and what she likes, so you know she's having the best time. Talk to her about what she likes and go from there. But don't sit there wondering!
