 I'm not sure if this is even relevant at this point, but a subtle reference to the words on the card, exactly, would probably tweek her mind and make her realize that it was you who sent it. If this message isn't too late, and you do try this, if she should play dumb or NOT acknowledge your reference, I would take it as a Negative answer.
