Lets tackle one issue at a time Lil sis.

1)When you know the heat is rushing to your face,(you can feel it) it starts creeping up from your legs press your big toe firmly against the ground.both the big toes in fact. This makes the blood rush down from your face. Also it diverts your attention and prevents the blush.have tried it in my teens many times myself.:).If this doesn't work press all the ten toes firmly against the ground.this will definitely work.

2)Regarding acting normal around him:when you feel like swearing or cussing at him repeat the following steps carefully when you see him coming

1)Concentrate on the air that you inhale

2)Feel it going through your right nose

3)Feel it filling up your lungs

4)Exhale

Repeat steps 1-4 for the left nose.Hope this helps dear.Do not worry.Feel more confident of yourself.you feel vulnerable when you start liking someone.so at first you resent the person and get a bit mad at him.It will pass. All the best

There actually are ways to help this problem. I have faced this all of my life.My face turns red whenever I am put on the spot, embarrissed, or giving presentations. Do some simple breathing exercises everyday, along with doing a form og meditation. Such as yoga, or even just sitting in a quiet spot and clearing your mind. I have looked into different ways to stop my face turning red. When you feel your face turning red then bite down in the inside of your cheek. This will take your mind off of feeling shy or whatever and you will think of the pain. After awhile you get used to talking to him and it should go away anyways. The only other things you can do is go to the doctor, and they have this surgery that cures the "red face" problem!

Sorry you cant, its a reflex that takes place when your embarrassed. Your face fills with blood, its something to do with instincts and reactions, but its inevitable. Sorry, just relax and feel confident around him and it will most likely go away.

good luck

XxAngelDust89xX agony auntIf he likes you what is the problem?? Go up to him and ask him out. Problem solved. If hes ur boyfriend you wont turn red around himm cuz you wont have a reason too. I would suggest not cursing at him though. Its not the best way to get a boyfriend.
