TasteofIndia agony auntHi there, sweetness.

Well for starters... he won't stop liking you by you flirting with him! He will only like you MORE if you flirt. If you really want him to get over you, you should probably take a break from seeing each other for awhile. Give him the space and room to get over you. Yes, it'll be hard because you're friends, but if you want to stay friends without someone getting hurt, it'll be for the best.

Talk to him. Tell him that you adore having him as a friend, but that you're worried that he's starting to have feelings for you and you can't reciprocate those feelings. Tell him that you should cool down your friendship for a little while so that he can have space to sort out his feelings and maybe find a girl he really likes... then you guys can be buddies again.

Good luck, sweetness!
