A female reader, Victoria Emily United Kingdom +, writes (11 January 2010):

You should not hate yourself for this! At the end of the day you can't change who you are, maybe your boyfriend should be more understanding. I sort of understand you as I have been with my boyfriend for three years and he still dousn't know how to handle me when I am upset!

Maybe you should both sit down and talk to each other in turn, both agree not to shout or argue just listen! Tell him how you have been feeling. If he can't be bothered to do so or if he dousn't care, then u deserve better and should move on.
