Your problem is your boyfriend. You can't do anything with a guy who is insecure and won't do anything to change it. If he's insecure, it is up to both of you to make some effort to find the problem. You made all the effort. He doesn't make a bit of effort at all to fix the problem. You can't do anything, because he won't even meet them. I'd look at this boyfriend of yours carefully. He sounds like a bit of a loser.
