writes:Ok, I've met this guy and we went on a night out on Friday where he gave me a lift home. There was some awkward chitchat, but didn't end up with a kiss goodnight. Felt a bit disappointed but the awkwardness in the car sort of gave me the feeling that that wasn't the way he wanted to leave things. We see each other at work all of the time and flirt quite a bit. How can I show him that I wanted that kiss to happen too???

 When you see him at work playfully ask him why he didn't try to kiss you. He'll probably be a little embarrassed but he'll kiss you the next time you go out, hell he might even kiss you right there.
