Dont be too full on as you might scare her off!
Just tell her that you love her and love spending time with her.
Be there when she needs you.

well, theres a line right in the middle of being loving, or coming across as too overwhelming. concentrate on having fun and doing fun things together. tell her you love her when the times are right, not every two minutes as thats when she will start to think your not letting her have her own space. just little things like holding her hand, kissing her forehead and not coming across as too smothering is nice. but too much will make her feel your too clingy. simple yet romantic gestures are always nice, same as being spontanious and suprising her every now and then. you sound like a genuinely sweet guy and im sure she feels the same about you as you do. !! xxx

Let her know that you love her. If you two both want to be together, let her know. As much as you want to see her as much as possible, you need to give her space.

You dont give many details about your relationship.
The only thing i can say to help is just to make sure you are there when she needs you. Give her undivided attention, listen to her needs, be understanding to her and be a friend to her as much as a lover.
