I went abit stalkery and did some numberology on him and it turns out we are pretty similar (same number) his sign is also compatible with mine and looks like we are both close to our mothers as well as other little things ........ I just followed him on Instagram but feeling abit shy to make the first move...... how do I get him to follow me.... how do I make conversation with him and get it off social media..... we also work in similar industries

 You do realize that, just because "numerology" says you are compatible, this does not mean he is your life partner, don't you?
There is no such thing as KNOWING someone is "the one". You need to get to know someone well before finding this out.
You need to spend more time in the real world, meeting people in person. That way you will find someone who you click with and can have a proper relationship with, instead of stalking them on social media.
