but god dam girl try and get urself out there try and get to know him more and when the time is right after a while tell him how you feel for all you know he likes you too!
so give it a shot girl i did and hey look im going out with the lad now

 Tell him what you feel. Maybe he is as afraid as you to say it.
option one, he also loves you. Happiness.
option two. he is not interested, at least you tried and you can still being friends (after a time for recovery)
I think option one has more probabilities.

 The best thing you can do in all honesty it Tell him how you feel, if you feel emabressed or insecure... Facebook.. everybody has facebook .. and if he doesnt have facebook...
Buy him a valentines card and tell him in that.. post it through his door so he doesnt have to look at you straigh away.. be creative...what does he like.. do somthing he likes and at the same time tell him ;) best of luck :D
