raise your own profile in your mind & everything should level out!
I am jealous of many things, girlfriend talking to ex, teddy bears from her ex in her house, but none of it is real - I have to tell myself this as its true but you cant help hearing that voice!
you know deep down what is true & what isnt, jealousy is sometimes an internal & destructive way of not keeping what will make you happy.

 To rid yourself of the evil green monster you have to start focusing on yourself NOT the thing your jealous about. For instance, if your jealous of someone else's body...start working on yours. Believe me you'll feel better and realize your just as good as the next guy/gal!!
