 The tanning bed will do it. Cute little freckles everywhere :)

reader, anonymous, writes (9 May 2008): Experiement with sun tan lotion and the sun. Contact some of these sun tan lotion companies for advice on achieving this.
Thinking to myself on how you could do this would be suntan lotion; the sun; and a template placed over your face. ;)

 Well the only way i know how if by sun and if you us an appropriate factor on your skin prior to sun exposure then you should be fine and let the sun do the work.
I for one only need warm weather and sun and my freckles just appear....so many you could join the dots...
