 The best advice I could give is to just continue being yourself; the person she fell in love with in the first place.
Maybe she's just changed?
Either way, just give her all the time and space that you can give her to sort her head out.

 I dont think you can make someone fall in love with you? she either loves you or doesnt, just tell her that you would do anything to be back with her and no other woman comes close to her,tell her that you want what you had with her back.
Its hard sweety but if she doesnt want to than maybe its best that you leave things as they are. You dont want her to get back with you for the wrong reasons and im sure it would be horrible to be in a one sided relationship.
There is only so much you can do.
