How can I gain my parents' trust?

How can gain my parents trust? It is a simple question but I hard one i know. Mainly I wan them to trust me around guys...just guys in general as friends. My mom knows my veiws and knows im a strong girl and if I dont want to do something I wont....I dont have many guys friends but I have a few and they are decent guys many people consider them actually annoying. I want to gain my dads trust at least some that he can trst me when I go out with friends. Any advice?

Jamer70 agony auntWell in my opinion you should be some worthy of their trust. How?

By following their rules a bit more, trying harder in school, being nicer to them, Abiding curfew (if you have one). Small things like this over time will help you gain their trust.

With your dad this may take alot longer

I think gaining trust with anyone in any situation you have to tell them they can trust you, and then show them that you were being honest and that they can trust you.
