She is usually such a strong, together person, but this has made her very emotional, and she keeps crying on my shoulder, and it can just emerge out of nothing. I've never really had to deal with this kind've thing, and would really like some advice on how to act with her.She was the one who was dumped, so I've been saying that she deserves better etc, and things along this line, but I really don't know what to say anymore. She keeps ringing me and literally just crying down the phone, or in person when she is with me. I just don't know how to react.. obviously I hug her, and try and get her to stop crying, but I really don't know what to do anymore, because it doesn't seem to be having a great effect on her, but I want to be a good friend and be there for her, I just don't know how.Thanks.

It sounds like you're already doing the right thing, sometimes these things just take time though =)
