Okay, I know I am a girl, but from experience of giving hand jobs, why don't you try and use a lube which has a slight tingle to it? You can buy these in any sex shop or online. It adds a little something to the sensation. Also the way you move your hand, instead of just rubbing up and down real fast, weave your hand around your penis in different speeds, also use your thumb to circle the top of your penis.
