How can I become closer to her?

she is the first girl in my life. i proposed to her through a friend. but she refused. time goes on i failed in ssc. she passed. after 3 years she came to my classes (she was one year senior than me, because i failed). she recognised me when she came to my classes. but i never talked to her and nor she did. but as it is said world is too small,again i met her after 5-6 years. but now she was married and she came to see me as a prospective groom for her sister-in-law (her husband,s sister). things got well and i got married to her sister-in-law. truly at time of marriage i thought she will tell everything to my wife, but she didn,t. not even i told to my wife. one day casually she told me that she recognise me. now after 6 years of my marriage. i want to tell her my feelings for her. i just want to talk to her. i just to be her friend. please advice me how to start?
