How can I be more comfortable with my body?

A male United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I've always been skinny, and I've never seemed to be able to put on any weight no matter what I've done; eating heavily, going the gym...you name it, my body just refuses to put on weight.

While it's always bothered me that men and women, and even really young teenagers have more body weight than me, seen as this is a dating site I'll keep it relevant and say that it bothers me because I often think women notice it and they are forming an instant opinion on it

A few weeks ago a female said I had "absolutely nothing on me", which I did take probably a bit too personally, but it confirmed my view that women clearly notice it.

But I'm becoming of the view that I should just become comfortable with my own body...my question is how can I do that?

I don't want to constantly be aware of my own body; I just want to be comfortable with my weight, even if I'm not happy about it...and if I do that, will females be comfortable with it too?

hey there, i am also a skinny 22 years old....i used to worry about my body, especially when comes to the man-woman world, i used to worry much that girls wouldn't find me attractive and this also used to challenge my self confidence...but now i believe that i shouldn't care about this because...first, i am born with it and it is who i am and i believe i should accept my self, this is the beginnig of everything, you should accept your self totally for who you are not for what others say or perceive about you....second, i come to believe that the girls out there are not fool, they don't simply follow their instinictual greed to look for a muscular guy....they also check out who you are internally..(hey girls!, what is your opinion? am i wrong? we need your opinion..)so dear you should rather care about your behaviour that is good for you and your HOT girl.....third, why do you care about things..you know it just happned that we are skinny...so what is the worst that could happen?...by the way do you know the fact that worrying much has an implication in your weight?....so try to live freely....and then the woman of your dreams would come, may be attracted by your happy life....
