writes: I have recently fallen for one of my male friends ... I met him about a year ago and at the time he had a girlfriend and was flirting with me big time at a party. He then chatted to me on messenger saying how if he didnt have a girlfriend that he'd want me in the physical sense but i just ignored it as i was pissed off that it was 'hyperthetical'. However time went by and he got engaged to that girl and we remained in contact and i have been going to his and he's come to mine for night in with dvd, and going out and about. still flirting but just friends as i wouldnt 'go there' with him still having a girlfriend/fiance. His engagement has since gone off, and on and off! I recently start to fall for him and so pleased that his engagement is off as I want him!So.... How do i play it now? Do i keep the friendship and keep flirting and just wait to see what happens? What should i do i'm crazy about him and we get on sooo well and i fancy him so much. When is the right time do I really have to wait so much longer so that Im not a rebound girl???

 Sit him down and ask him what kind of future he thinks the two of you are going to have. If he says that his girlfriend /fiance is still in the picture then I'd stop hanging out with him to avoid the hurt. Find a guy that can be yours 100% and don't settle for less. You deserve it. Good luck.
