Will it damage your insides, possibly if it really is 12 inches. One of the reasons that pedo's are so evil is that a normal sized penis inside a childs body will do serious damage.
Even in an adult female there is only so much space inside. 12 inches is LONGER then my forearm, just how deep do you think your vagina is anyway? Porn frequently talks about big sizes but most women seem quit happy with far more moderate penisses.
Frankly I think this story is a bit of a fib but if it isn't then use plenty of lube, be very very relaxed and be sure he stops the moment it hurts because YES, you can get damaged inside and very dangerously too. Have 12 inches go inside of you and say goodbye to your insides.
No babies do NOT count, your body will adjust to a baby over a period of months, childbirth used to be the major cause of death for women and the baby does NOT reside in the vagina during pregnancy.

 If you said 12 centimetres it would probably be more like it. Someone is trying to impress you I reckon. 12 inches would be more like a baby's arm than a penis, and although not impossible, it's highly unlikely he'll be anywhere near that big. And if he really is that size, the sensible thing would be to decline the invitation or use an aspirin - between your knees.

While it is possible it is also most likely an exaggeration as this length is so extreme.
Yes a large one can cause pain but if you are slow and patient and considerate of each other (and him of you) then it should not. After all it is still a lot smaller than a baby and they are able to be born sometimes without anything more than discomfort (my son was nearly 10 lbs and 23.5 inches long at birth and when he was born his mother had no more than a stomach ache (quite mild really, the nurses thought she was not in labour).
As a last note, if you have not personal evidence of this extreme size then I would distrust all accounts from other people no matter who they are. This is just so unlikely.
