writes: well i've been with my guy for almost 3 years. We've been thru our ups and downs. I had a feeling we would be engaged pretty soon (He was saving a lot of money) but now he just got in the Fire Academy and his focus is on that. I know if i wait finacially in the long run this will be the best thing to do....but well im a women thats waited a LONG time! What would you do??

 One of my aunts waited for my uncle for marriage after more than 10 years. Then there are the many other people that I've known or have heard of who ask questions like you have and not wait for their man/woman at all. [shrugs]

 i would wait on the condition that you could be throwing 3 years away well for a stupid reason if you love him you wouldnt need to ask that question, so you should be asking here do i love him? think about the woman out there that get cheated on after 3years and that dont know weather to finish it or stick with it at least your not in that position.
