 It really is impossible for anybody on here to say weather he likes you or not. But my advice would be to stay clear from him. He has a girlfriend and if you get involved then you will only be playing with fire and you will look like the bad person for breaking up a couple. You just need to accept that he is taking. If he breaks up with his girlfriend in the future well then maybe explore it further if he is free and single but for now just keep your distance.
