A female United Kingdom age 41-50, *innie writes:

things have gone quiet with my boyfriend for about over month now,he still replys to texts but they tend to be quite general and he never makes the effort to text me.He says he has man problems but wont devulge what they are so ive told him im there for him.We live away from each other and recently hes been relunctant to meet up so i decided to give him space for a while in the hope that this would help,he said that he wouldbe hopefully feeling better soon and sounded more like the guy id first went out with but hes still not talking.sent text to say hi but hes not replying.Maybe im being neurotic but ive been hurt by men who went quiet for ages then dumed me before.I dont mind waiting or giving him more space if i know that at some point there will be a light at the end og the tunnel or is this his way of ending it.Maybe i am being stupid but i dont know what to do.

Hi there, I would dump him first, it seems obvious he has found somebody else, do first before he gets round to it.

Don't waste time on somebody who can't be bothered.
