writes:Hello,My boyfriends addicted to an online game, and he plays like from an hour or so after he wakes up, till when he goes to bed (usually around 7-10am) He used to play a little bit less when he had a job, but he quit, so now he just plays that.It seems like he enjoys that game more than spending time with me, what can i do?

 I've had the same problem myself, and your right it really is an addiction. Helps people avoid their problems big time. I even lost a partner over it.
I eventually just stopped one day, don't know why, just got bored I guess. You need to speak to him about it, and probably arrange more activities to make your relationship more interesting and remind him all the wonderful things that are outside in the world. I'm sorry, can't really help.....

It's either you or the game.
He needs to grow up. If a game is more important than you then he is not worth the hastle.
Say that you don't mind if he spends a few hours a week playing, but that he has to spend time with you too.
He should also try to find a new job, or at least a healthy hobby.
