Help Need advice ASAP !!!!!

I have been friends with this boy for about 2 years now and in those 2 years we have been out once but he said he wasnt ready for a relationship so he ended it. it really broke my heart as we went out for about 9 months and i really loved him and he said he loved me but after he dumped me i never really felt as if i was anything to him :( . i never really got over him and it took me a while to get back to speaking to him again after all the days i sat in my room criying over him . well we now go back out after a year and it seems as if he dosnt love me anymore as he always goes on about other girls all the time ( which i dont have a problem with but he never seems to be interested with me/us anymore ) The thing is tho im not that experienced with boys as i never seem to settle down with the right ones so havent really done anything with a boy yet ... which i think is a bad thing as all my friends have done nearly everything with a boy ?? The thing is tho he lives quite along way away from me and i dont no wither he's cheating on me as he has before and he lies quite alot which makes me fell like i dont trust him anymore :S. we never see each other so i dont even no wither theres any point in going out with him ? its like after everything we have been through i dont feel the same anymore but i no if i dump him ill have to go through everything i went through last time (The tears, the guilt, the fact that he aint mine ) :( i reli dont no what to do plz plz plz help me :(plz help :S ?!!
