Why would you want to be with a man that wants to be with someone else? I know its not the answer u want but i think you should move on.

 You can't. If he wanted to be with you, he would be with you. He just wants to have his cake and eat it too. He even was totally straight forward with you, he's happy with the situation as is. You should leave him and find someone who can be totally devoted to you. Even if he left his girlfriend for you, what happens when he finds someone else to cheat on you with?
