reader, anonymous, writes (16 December 2010): If I look at a girl 2 times or more, it means that I like what I see. I look at my wife all the time beause I really like what I see... she's hot stuff and I can't my eyes (and my hands) off her.
If this guy is "always" looking at you as you say, then
he's with no doubt crazy about you!!
The fact that he looks away is simply because he is shy and doesn't want to be instrusive.
So if a guy looks at you more than twice, then he likes what he sees.
If he only looks at you once, then it means nothing!

reader, anonymous, writes (16 December 2010): It sometimes means that they like you, yes. But they might be shy, and so quickly look away out of nervousness when you look back. But it could also be that he thinks you look interesting or different, and so he is drawn to look at you, but does not necessarily have any interest in you. That can happen too. I think the only real way to find out in this type of situation is if one person approaches the other. So I think, if you felt brave, you could go up to him and just smile and say hi. Take it from there. I know it might sound scary to do so, but if he keeps staring at you then I think you have every reason to approach him. You might know more from his reaction as to whether he likes you or not.
