im 18 and i really like this guy i work with he is 21 and all my frends said he seems really nice he is such a gentleman i told him everything about me and my affair and he told me evrything about him almost getting a girl pregnant at age of 16 but we both have so much in common we are both honest and we both are learning from our mistakes in the past i like him alot and would like to be his girlfriend he says he likes me too but we are both a bit shy how do i ask him out?

If you felt confortable tell him intimate thoughts and memories, asking him out should be easier.

This guy likes you as well, then just ask him out for a drink and take it from there.

Go for it. The only complication I see there is that you both work together, if it did not work out, could be awkard. Decide based on how much you like each other. Good luck
