Been there about a month now I half of the guys there have been hitting on me that work there but I’m not that interested in them then one day when I was working the Friday shift he showed, walking through the steam from the glass washer holding at tray of glasses high so he could get them over the bar, tanned, biceps, smile, eyes, 6 pac you name it and he’s not too tall. (And believe me I don’t usually go for the shallow type).We’ve talked as well after clean up about usual stuff and he seems really interested, he’ll steal rides home with me even though we live in opposite direction and he could walk since he only lives 5 mins away. We like the same movies interests etc. So why hasn’t he asked me out yet, he’s even mention that he doesn’t go out that much and that he loves going to the cinema and stuff then I said “me too but I never have any one to go with” now if that isn’t a hint I don’t know what is.I’m starting to believe that it might be more than just a we work together thing but I don’t understand it looks like he likes me but he doesn’t seem like the kind if guy that would be shy either.

 I'm with Honeypie... perhaps he does not think it wise to date a co-worker.
IF you like him why don't YOU ask him out. It's the 21st century and women demand equality. you want to date him ask him. Don't be surprised if he declines however... but do not take it personally.

 Maybe he is trying to be smart and NOT date a co-worker. He got the hint, I BET you but he isn't going to ask you. Or he is really dense, which I don't think.
He either isn't into dating anyone right now, he has a GF OR he doesn't want to date a co-worker like I mentioned first.
Either way, I think it's kind of smart to NOT date a co-worker.
