They broke up quite quickly. Ever since he has been constantly texting me and sends me x's and he keeps asking to meet up. I still having feelings for him but he hurt me bad. What should I do?

 Let him stew a while longer. I wouldn't put much faith in him for a while. Hopefully he'll grow out of this, but for now it's not worth the risk.
You're not obliged to give people second chances. They should make better use of the first chances.

I think he's too immature to really be worth your attention. It seems that you really do like him, but I think he's more interested in just kissing as many girls as he can, rather than committing. It's pretty normal for teenagers, but you don't want to really get hurt.
