writes: Dam I just need help in fergetting This guy I heka like .. Ever since I know him I like him, and this is like 3years all ready and I just cant leave him in the past.. A year ago we went out for a month but something stupid happend that caused us to break up.. And know I really neeed to move on he has a girl and I know he is doing the same as me ( trying to forget me or helping me to forget him ..Because we were going to go out a month ago but somethng stupid happand that just caused it to not happend..) I want to keep him as a friend though at least.( I'm the kind of girl that doesn't go out as much however I do party sometimes on Saturday and have a busy 3dAy week going to some practice I have) .. I do all of that try to ferget him but nothing . Wat can I do to ferget him and keeep him as a friend..?..

 Give up on the idea of keeping him as a friend, that isn't going to help you forget him. You need to remove him entirely from your life. Then stay busy, you'll be thinking less about him as the days roll by.
