However, it is strange.. your relationship, such as it is. not F buddies... TEXT F buddies. So basically cybersex. Or camsex.. I really have no clue about all that. I do still believe that anything over a technological medium, be it phone, camera, or keyboard will severely lack the intimacy you so desire.
I think you should ask him a borderline question... Not love or like.. but.. "Are you feelin me?" and see what he says. And then go from there. If it become evident he's using you for only what it seems like he is.. then I suggest you find a man who will treat you better.

 I have to agree with Cerebus here. It doesnt mean anything. Yes, indeed, guys do get 'hard over nothing', gettting a hard on has nothing whatsoever to do with emotional attatchment or with wanting a relationship, especially at this age.

I'm afraid no, it doesn't mean he still likes you at all.
I don't like saying this but it seems to be the case nonetheless, but he only likes you enough to have a wank at but not to have an actual relationship with and he's an asshole for that. It sounds like you want more from him than to just be f**k buddies but that's not going to happen.
It is up to you to decide whether you are happy with this situation and the fact that it won't develope any further.
