Why do education results matter? Surely the fact you both have had an education is the important thing. Come to think of it - why should breast size & makeup matter either?
This sounds like the criteria people used to look for in beauty competitions - which are extremely superficial.
You need to ask the guy himself who he would rather date & I'm sure his answer will be the one he likes & gets along with best or he may say the "prettiest one" if he is as superficial!!

Appearance has nothing to do with anything. Appearance can attract initially but then if you swear and drink like a sailor, nothing will help. Small boobs or big I won't matter.
Men have different preferences, but it doesn't matter they won't date someone because she doesn't have big enough boobs. Lust and relationship are two different things.

Compatibility comes into play, so it's impossible to answer.
However, there were a couple of things that stood out in your comparison that I must comment on, because they show me what you think are strong points...
Why compare breast sizes?? That one raised my eyebrows. Why is that so important to YOU? I would be just as surprised if a guy came on here to ask us this question and expressly pointed out penis size as a comparison issue.
The other thing that stands out here, and I think even a bigger thing is - it's apparent that this is a "good girl" - "bad girl" comparison, with Girl A being the inexperienced generic stereotypical girl and Girl B being the smoker, drinker, unemployed, but eager in bed type with "smoky" eyes.
Just be yourself! Don't try to play a part and don't compare yourself to anyone! If this guy is making eyes toward your rival, don't try to upstage her or be someone you're not, because it could be that there's a guy who would be a better fit for you!
I'm tempted to call Girl A "Betty" and Girl B "Veronica". Archie would have been better with Betty, but he chose Veronica. Betty was the one he relied on, but she was ultimately friend-zoned.

It really comes down to the guy in question, his taste, hobbies, values, likes, dislikes, morals.
What I will say is this, IF I were you... I wouldn't compare myself to another girl or "compete" for some guy's attention or affection. If this guy can't seem to make up his mind WHO he wants.. I would make the assumption FOR him, that it wasn't me.

 It all depends what the guy is looking for. So if I was looking for sexual adventure and had no intent on getting married then girl B. On the other hand, if my priority was marriage, family, children... then girl A. This is subject to change depending on personality mesh, aspirations, view of life etc...so it is hard to determine just by reading a dry description.

So you are gauging this on real peeps .. its hard to say whom one guy would like more.. We would have to know him .. as some guys just have certain type and who knows who that would be .. sorry sweetie ..
