Idk, maybe you should wait a bit...you're not allowed to date until 16 anyways. If he's a nice guy, he wouldn't go for her, would he? I guess you've got to trust that he still likes you and wants to wait for you. Just because they're talking as friends doesn't mean that he's going to dump you and go for her.
I kind of went through the same thing...he was waiting for me to be allowed to date. Turns out that he waited, then we went out for a while...and even though we broke up, we're still really good friends. Hope it all works out for you (:
