I am 15 years older than my current supervisor, when he first started, he seemed to fall all over me with attention, he even followed me outside when I went to use my cell phone and seemed upset when he found out I was dating someone, he told me that his former fiance had my exact same name (which seemed really odd), but I did not really follow through with flirting back....he started dating a younger girl at work, but that seems to have cooled off. He gives me a hard time when I ask him for favors at work, like leaving early, gets argumentative about how I should do things even when it is my personal life, and then he came over and talked to me more about it, walked up behind me while I was sitting and put both his hands on my shoulders....do you think he is just buttering me up, or is there some sexual tension there? Is he really into me, what do you think, I don't feel confident that he is because I am so old!

Be careful but friendly.
Give it some more time. If you realy like this person then try to talk to him. Dating someone from work can go so wrong!
