Experiences with cheating boyfriend?

Question - (31 December 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 2 January 2011)
A age 30-35, * writes:

Okay, so I met my boyfriend at work, we were friends for a while then got together.

I know a lot about his past, he's been engaged before and such...

Anyway, his ex girlfriend was a bit of a stalker, she would constantly text but he'd never respond until Christmas day this year.

They ended up sending some dirty texts to each other, all the while he was textin me tellin me he loves me.

I found out 2 days later when she messaged me on facebook to tell me what happened, she said she didn't realize we were together and was sorry.

I confronted my boyfriend, we went on and on about it for 2 days and I eventually believed he truly regretted it and was sorry, so I'm giving him another chance.

I was just wondering if anyone had been in a similar situation, to share their experience etc.

Is it worth trying? Is he worth trusting?

I don't want to get hurt again.

Thanks in advance

petina1 agony auntNo, No and No, he cannot be trusted. He is only upset because he's been found out. He obviously can't be faithful and has lied to you. It's not even a chat he's been doing with the ex he's been having virtual sex with her which should make you realise that something is missing in his life and he probably thinks it it her.
