Hi

Me ex split from me 2 months ago. Since then I have not contacted her at all to try and heal. In that time it was her birthday and i still stayed strong and didn't contact her to say happy birthday

Today, i have received an email saying 'i would like to call to chat, it would be nice to catch up'

How do I handle this? I still care and miss her. Part of me doesn't want to hear her news without me. On the other hand i am wondering maybe she wants to get back?

what does she want?

If anyone has been in this same boat I would appreciate advice

Weramazing agony auntHmmm I'm not sure. If I was you I wouldn't bother why is she asking to catch up now after two years?!

To

be honest if she really cared about you and wanted to stay friends or get back together she would have made contact a long time ago.

There is nothing wrong with staying friends after you split with someone but waiting 2 years is strange.

It seems like she has a hidden agenda I think she either wants attention from you because she knows you still like her or is bored in her life. I can not think why after dumping you and not contacting you for so long she would suddenly want anything that would benefit you.

Move on and leave her in your past. if she had any good intentions you would have heard from her a long time ago.
