Even though you are no longer together, she doesn't want you to move on with anyone else. Even if she is seeing other people.
She comes back into your life when you start dating someone else because you are still in communication with her. She doesn't want you to be happy and you should move on.

You need to cut this girl out permanently. She can't keep you there waiting for when it all goes wrong. She has no hold over you anymore. You need to let her go and make it clear you don't belong to her and that things between you are over. Don't take this from her. She's en ex, and she needs to understand that.
